golden gully TAKE-OVER

It’s always great when two like minded businesses come together.

After becoming chummy with our local cocktail bar in the inner west, we realized we had more in common than your stereo-typical over-the-counter-yarn.

We take sustainability seriously, we share a love for Australian native ingredients, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and above all we love the hospitality industry.

One night, in the later hours of the night, we were playing a game of cards in which we (apparently) lost the keys to our business. It became quickly apparent that the Golden Gully Guys had no idea how to make a cup of coffee, how to get up for shift before 6 am or even how to run a coffee shop.

Being the nice guys that they are, they gave us the keys back and opted for a Pop-up arrangement instead.

We hosted the kitchen

They hosted the bar.

Needless to say we came up with a conceptional menu using Australian Native produce in a bar setting environment set up at BTB after our usual hours.

That night was a success & set the course for BTB kirribilli & Golden gully to a series of pops us across our venues in the future to come.
