dOOM JUICE CELLAR DOOR POP UP

There is only one thing better than seeing a mates brand sky rocket to local stardom in the local hospitality scene
& that is being asked to play a small part in their latest venture.

Doom juice opened a cellar door pop up over the summer on the heels of their small Natural wine company which has been one of the great success stories of the “lock-down” era.

The cellar door kitchen hosted a series of chefs from around Sydney every Sunday on rotation. Organised by Jack Fitzhenry of Bastardo, BTB kirribilli came up with a series of bar snacks using our favorite Australian produce to come up with a conceptual menu that raised a few eyebrows. Designed to make the usually unapproachable and whacky flavours of Emu, wallaby, Kangaroo and bunya nuts approachable.

The Sunday service went down a treat !
